  • Routine requests (diagnosis, management, therapeutics)

  • • Erythroderma (> 90% body surface area involvement)
  • • Drug reactions (i.e., DRESS - drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms, Steven-Johnson's syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis
  • • Severe rash in an immunocompromised patient
  • vToxic shock syndrome
  • • Staph scalded skin syndrome
  • • Kawasaki's disease
  • • Select infections (i.e., eczema herpeticum, mycoplasma-induced rash and mucositis or MIRM, etc.)
  • • Cutaneous vasculitis
  • Urgent:
  • • Erythema multiforme major
  • • Blistering disorder (i.e., pemphigoid, pemphigus, acute contact dermatitis)
  • • Neutrophilic dermatosis (Sweet's syndrome, pyoderma gangrenosum - depending on severity)
  • Semi-urgent:
  • • Neutrophilic dermatosis (Sweet's syndrome, pyoderma gangrenosum - depending on severity
  • • Melanomas
  • • Select cutaneous cell lymphomas
