Physicians and their support staff can submit Alberta Netcare eReferral Advice Requests to specialists and receive clinical advice within five calendar days.

Please note: The Pediatric Urology line is not suitable for questions regarding mild to moderate phimosis without trial of steroid cream; dysfunctional voiding symptoms management without ruling out constipation or smegma under non-circumcised foreskin.
